KConnect is a complex system of teams and partners coming together to address the unacceptable disparities along the prenatal to career continuum in Kent County, Michigan. The following will provide a brief overview of who KConnect is, what we do, and how we can partner together to close achievement gaps.
ICCF Community Homes is the oldest nonprofit affordable housing provider in Michigan. We’ve been active in the Grand Rapids area since 1974 and engage 2,000+ households each year with housing-related services. We manage over 600 units of affordable rental housing and provide homeownership education and home purchase opportunities to hundreds of neighbors.

The mission of the Wyoming Housing Commission (WHC) is to promote adequate and affordable housing, economic opportunity, and a suitable living environment free from discrimination.
The WHC owns 195 public housing units. They are located at Westwood Apartments, Waldon Woods, and scattered locations throughout the City of Wyoming. Individua
The mission of the Wyoming Housing Commission (WHC) is to promote adequate and affordable housing, economic opportunity, and a suitable living environment free from discrimination.
The WHC owns 195 public housing units. They are located at Westwood Apartments, Waldon Woods, and scattered locations throughout the City of Wyoming. Individuals and families pay rent directly to the WHC based on their income.
The WHC administers approximately 1,150 Housing Choice Vouchers (Section-8) within Kent County and part of Ottawa County. The families and individuals who receive the vouchers pay a portion of their income for rent and the WHC pays the remainder (up to the limits set by the Department of Housing and Urban Development - HUD) directly to the landlords each month.
